HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO OPEN AN OUTSIDER?
The cost to open an Outsider Kiosk varies with construction costs from state to state. For a 300 square ft kiosk with all start up equipment, inventory and 3 months of expenses ranges from $320k -$585k. These numbers DO NOT reflect using a build to suit (meaning a landlord pays for your contruction costs) option which lowers start up costs considerably but will increase your monthly lease rate.

HOW MUCH CASH ON HAND DO I NEED?
We recommend prospective franchisees have strong credit, access to startup capital and enough financial stability to comfortably navigate the early stages of business ownership.
While every situation is different, successful owner-operators typically have access to approximately $50,000–$100,000 in liquid capital or accessible financial resources, along with the ability to secure additional financing if needed.
Liquid capital can include savings, investment accounts, business partnerships or other accessible financial resources.
More importantly than a specific number, we’re looking for franchisees who are financially prepared to build the business well without operating under constant financial pressure during the startup phase.

WHAT IS THE FRANCHISE FEE?
The fee to open a single Outsider Location is $30k. A multi unit agreement requires a commitment for 3-5 locations and the fee goes down to $22k per unit.

IS THERE A ROYALTY?
There is a 6% royalty on gross sales and a 2% marketing fee.
Why is there a marketing fee? Marketing is the backbone of your sales and customer retention. With all of the responsibilities of owning and running a business it's hard to add "Professional Marketer" to your job description. While there will be things for you to do we will provide a proven frame work with all of the content, pictures, video, and marketing documents you will need to start and maintain a thriving business.

WHERE WILL I GET MY COFFEE?
We have a West Coast and an East Coast roaster. Depending on your location we will match you with the best facility or we will find a local roaster to work with our profile.

DO YOU OFFER ONGOING SUPPORT?
Yes! That's the great part of franchising. We've walked the road in front of you and we have the systems you need to be successful. After your week long training we will provide weekly check in calls for the first 6 months and ongoing support after that!

Right now our model supports opening our TINY BUT MIGHTY 350 sq. ft kisosks.
