This initial conversation will be a brief introductory call to give us an opportunity to get to know you and share the details of what it will take to open an Outsider Coffee. We will use this to opportunity to answer your questions and to see if our missions align!
Once we determine you’re a good match for our mission and you meet the financial qualifications, we'll send you our Franchise Disclosure Agreement and schedule a follow up call.
Once you're FDD is signed we'll get to work! We'll immediately begin to partner with you on finding your best site location, and we'll schedule your week-long training at our flagship drive-thrus in Oregon.
That week of training will teach you every aspect of our business model, including working in our Outsider Drive-Thru. You will go through Outsider U drink making 101, greet customers, use our POS system and lead a team. We'll also go over marketing, strategic team building, and community relations and all foundational elements of creating a successful business. By the end of training, you will be ready to open your Outsider drive thru and we'll be with you every step of the way!
Our estimated timeline to open, from the time you sign your franchise agreement, is approximately 4-9 months.
